Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust. Keep tape parallel to floor, not too tight.

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest point. Exhale naturally before measuring.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping tape level all around.

Measure across the back from shoulder tip to shoulder tip. Stand upright, arms relaxed at sides.
