Lifetime Leather Warranty

Our leather warranty covers manufacturing defects in the leather for the reasonable service life of the product under normal personal use.

What Is Covered

The Lifetime Leather Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the leather.

• Premature leather failure caused by a manufacturing defect.

• Defects that affect the structural quality or normal functionality of the leather product.

What Is Not Covered

The Lifetime Leather Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use.

• Natural scratches, creases, wrinkles, marks, fading, softening, stretching, or patina.

• Natural variations in leather grain, texture, colour, or finish.

• Damage caused by water, moisture, chemicals, excessive heat, direct sunlight, pets, sharp objects, or other external factors.

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper care.

• Damage caused by improper storage.

• Products that have been altered, customized, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Custom Leathers or an authorized service provider.

1 Year Zip & Hardware Colour Warranty

We also provide a 1 Year Warranty against abnormal colour fading of zippers and other metal hardware used on our products.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Premature or abnormal colour fading of zippers.

• Abnormal colour fading of buckles, rivets, snaps, buttons, or other metal hardware caused by a manufacturing or finishing defect.

The issue must be determined by Custom Leathers to be a manufacturing or finishing defect.

What Is Not Covered

The 1 Year Zip & Hardware Colour Warranty does not cover:

• Normal signs of use or surface wear on metal hardware.

• Scratches, dents, or physical damage.

• Fading or deterioration caused by sweat, water, chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, or other external substances.

• Damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, or negligence.

• Damage caused by unauthorized alterations or repairs.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:

1. Your order number or proof of purchase.

2. Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

3. A brief description of the problem.

4. Any additional information requested by our team.

Our team will review the claim and may require the product to be physically inspected before a final decision is made.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Custom Leathers.

Our Resolution

If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, Custom Leathers may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product.

• Repair or replace the affected component.

• Replace the product where repair is not reasonably possible.

The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature and extent of the defect.

Warranty Conditions

• The Lifetime Leather Warranty applies to manufacturing defects in the leather.

• The 1 Year Zip & Hardware Colour Warranty begins from the original date of purchase.

• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

• Custom Leathers reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a covered manufacturing or finishing defect.

• Warranty coverage does not mean the product will remain free from natural aging, wear, or changes caused by regular use.

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered under this warranty.

Paid Repair Service

If a reported issue is not covered under our warranty, Custom Leathers may offer a paid repair service where possible.

Any applicable repair charges will be communicated to the customer after the product has been inspected.

Important Note About Genuine Leather

Leather is a natural material, and every piece can have its own unique character. Variations in grain, texture, colour, creasing, softness, and the development of patina are natural characteristics of genuine leather.

These natural changes are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under the Lifetime Leather Warranty.

With proper care, your Custom Leathers product is designed to develop its character beautifully over time.
